MEETING DATES 2024

Meetings are usually held on a Wednesday approximately every 6 weeks in the Village Hall at 7.00pm.

The Public are welcome to attend the meetings and will have an opportunity to speak during the Public Participation item on the Agenda, which is always Item 3 when the meeting is adjourned to allow for this.  It is a good opportunity to raise any issues or concerns regarding the village.

For issues that are already going to be discussed as an Agenda item, if you wish to make a point, you must inform the Chairman during the Public Forum and ask whether you will be permitted to speak during the time it will be discussed, or whether you should raise your point during the Public Forum.

For issues that are not on the Agenda, you are still entitled to raise any point but should be aware that the Council’s full discussion and any decision of that point will need to be delayed until a future meeting where the issue can be formally on the Agenda, as the Parish Council cannot, by law, make a decision on something that is not included in the meeting’s Agenda.
